NOT GUILTY – Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Attorney Michael Sklarosky recently obtained a Not Guilty verdict following a jury trial in Luzerne County for a client charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police. The defense maintained that the client was not attempting to flee, but continued driving briefly in order to reach a location where he believed he could safely pull over. After hearing the evidence, the jury returned a Not Guilty verdict after approximately six minutes of deliberation.
