Luzerne County Judge David W. Lupas declared a mistrial when a jury was unable to reach a verdict after deliberating for over four hours in a drug trafficking case against our client.  The Commonwealth charged our client with possession with intent to deliver over 16 grams of fentanyl as well as drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
